Plantation and adoption of a tree

 As a part of plantation and adoption of a tree .I planted jammun tree in our garden .

Aim and objectives 

The main aim of plantation is to reduce temperature and increase humidity.

• Jamun is a popular indigenous fruit of India,it has very valuable place in ayurvedic medicines.
•It is a boon of diabetic patients.

•  cures sore throat,bronchitis,asthma and ulcer .
• Rich in vitamin -C ,iron , calcium, phosphorus, magnesium

• consuming   jamun fruit can cure anemia  since it is know to increase red blood cells and hemoglobin count.
•The seed lower the rate of sugar released into bloodstream and increase insulin production keeping diabetes under control.
•Juice of  jamun leaves is used to treat diarrhoea in children.

As a group we planted a jamun tree.
